Job description

  • Ensure business line and financial objectives are achieved by the Local Account Management methods (LAM) and tools (CIPAC/ENGAGE);
  • Develop the customer relationship by leveraging the level of advocacy of customers;
  • Develop and follow the commercial contract to make sure all the customer’s transverse inclusive credit, billing, supply, etc.);
  • Identify misusage or illegal use of the brand in sales area and solve them with the help of Marketing & Distribution departments when needed;
  • Sell and negotiate with dealers to reach the objectives;
  • Improve basic technical knowledge and sales skills of dealers/importers;
  • Promote and develop End Users’ share of account;
  • Analyze territory market information and review sales performance to find out the action plan.

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experiences as an technical sales engineer, field engineer for heavy industrial or machinery;
  • Have technical background;
  • High level of persuasion and closing skills;
  • Strong business acumen, solution mindset, result-oriented;
  • Good communication in both English & Vietnamese;
  • Work well under pressure and non-standard working time;
  • Willing to travel for work.
