Leading the agronomist/buying team in developing the required farm capacity to source from to achieve the company's export volume
Establish contracts between Company and its network farmers
Advise on price policy based on benchmark, required volume and required future farmers
Managing operations between suppliers and company
Managing agronomist, to take and be able, the responsibility for developing, searching and selecting farmers, providing technical advice, and purchasing fruit according to the Company's required standards (Global GAP) and Company best practices.
Controlling and therefore end responsible for agronomist for advising farmers on agro chemicals use according to the Company's policy.
Implement training for farmers on best farming practices and to increase productivity.
Setting up and monitoring new innovative farming models
Training and developing the team members to improve technical skills and behavioral competencies.
Graduate from university majoring in Agriculture
Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in managing buying team and farmers to develop new sourcing areas and the quality of fruit continuously
Knowledge about fruit agronomy and fruit markets
Deal maker drive & commercial skills by designing the commercial approach for immediate implementation and for the future.
