Assistant of General Manager (HSK6)


Job description

  • Serve as an assistant to the CEO, acting as a liaison between the parent company abroad and the subsidiary company in Vietnam for daily operations.
  • Compose and translate relevant documents (including but not limited to procedures and systems) for foreign companies.
  • Be responsible for drafting, developing, and implementing plans for the foreign company's operations.
  • Advise the CEO in arranging, organizing, inspecting, monitoring, and implementing management tasks related to the business services of the foreign company.
  • Advise the CEO in investigating, researching, and understanding the activities and management of the foreign company, and provide opinions and proposals.
  • Provide input during Board of Directors meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute decisions to relevant departments within the company.
  • Translate various documents.
  • Travel and collaborate with the CEO or other team members to visit or meet with clients, communicate with clients, negotiate, and perform related tasks.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirement

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in Chinese language.

Other Information

  • Work location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday.
  • Salary range: 12 - 20 million VND.
  • 12 days of annual leave. Year-end performance bonus.
