Automotive Training Executive

Job description

• Be responsible for training Service Technicians on the maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of automotive industry.
• Assist with the development of staff by providing product and technical training and coaching for the service branches.
• Ensure timely maintenance of training records.
• Manage training resources as required.
• Monthly training performance reporting to management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s in Automotive mechanical engineering.
• Have about 03 years of experience an Automotive Trainer in the forklift industry is an advantage.
• Good at training skills, presentation and communication skills, leadership skills, etc.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Training/ L&D certifications will be a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel).
