Job description
1. Market and Channel Development
- Conduct territory diagnostics to identify market trends, sell-out opportunities, coverage gaps, and growth priorities.
- Develop new channels and outlets in high-potential areas to improve market coverage and accessibility.
- Apply multi-product-line distribution approach and lead its implementation at entity level.
2. Dealer and Network Performance
- Strengthen dealer engagement, network coverage, service quality, and overall program performance.
- Deploy value-added services that improve dealer capabilities and customer outcomes.
- Ensure competitive and consistent commercial approaches to optimize market coverage and Share of Account with partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when required.
3. Program and Project Delivery
- Track program performance through key metrics, customer feedback, and field engagement.
- Ensure demand-to-cash requirements are fully considered in commercial offers to customers.
- Manage assigned projects in line with customer specifications, business requirements, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure structured handovers to relevant stakeholders for effective implementation and follow-up.
- Develop and steer professional service and distribution initiatives, including nonstop tire services, redistribution programs, store-to-store, MTS 2.0, and downtime services.
4. Pricing and Commercial Governance
- Analyze price positioning across channels, identify inconsistencies, and recommend actions to maintain commercial balance.
- Steer CTC activities in line with annual plans validated by the Commercial Director.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Contribute to strategic planning, governance, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across sales, marketing, operations, fleet, and dealer-facing teams.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of experience in sales, marketing, distribution, or a related function.
- Automotive technical knowledge
- Proven experience in cross-functional or transversal management.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in delivering training or capability-development programs.
- Strong organizational and performance-monitoring skills.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field, including occasional activities outside standard working hours and on weekends.
