Can Tho Branch Manager (Logistics Industry)

Job description

Develop long/short term development of the local branch office;
Lead branch staff to implement sales and business development strategies for achieve branch business targets (responsibility on Volume and Budget);
Lead and monitor the standards of service of branch staff to ensure professional customer services;
Enforce established operation procedure to mitigate operational risks and ensure strict sales compliance;
Create Monthly and Annual Reports;
Identify and develop the locally controlled business for Key Accounts;
Communicate with all overseas offices/agents for additional business.

College or Bachelor degree of all major;
Have over 2 years of experience in the same position (male/female, age 30-40); experience in the Logistics industry is prefer;
Skill in management, leadership; communication and business planning.
