Direct and monitor all accounting activities, and provide guidance and support to the management and operations of the company to ensure the accounting activities are undertaken in accordance with Vietnamese laws and regulations and meet the requirements of all the stakeholders.
Ensure and support accounting staff in maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the filing policies.
Research policies and regimes in the fields of tax, finance, system, enterprise law... of the State related to the Company's activities, and propose appropriate implementation methods.
Assist the Company with the preparation and updating of Cash flow Forecasts and Business Plans.
Advise BOD on financial activities control.
Coordinate with banks, credit institutions, auditing, tax, and inspection agencies related to the field of finance-accounting-tax.
Oversee the Company’s relationships with financial institutions, Auditors, Tax Advisors, and Legal Advisors.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Have Chief Accountant Certificate.
At least 3 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or General Accountant position in an international company (with a strongfinancial report and ad-hoc reports).
Experience with SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
Ability to manage a team.
