Manage, oversee, and take full responsibility for all accounting activities of the Company
Control and monitor accounting records including revenue, cost of goods sold, expenses, receivables/payables, inventory, and cash flow
Prepare and present periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually); provide data and reports to support Management in decision-making
Organize and execute tax declarations and finalizations in compliance with regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.)
Handle registration, adjustment, and termination of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees; resolve related issues
Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, social insurance agencies, banks, and other relevant authorities
Update, communicate, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations; proactively identify and mitigate financial and tax risks
Advise Management on financial, accounting, and tax policies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting; Chief Accountant Certificate is required
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and social insurance laws
Good skills in preparing and reviewing accounting documents and financial reports
