Community Manager


Job description

  • Responsible for Community Content Management, brand image of the company;
  • Comment on content or events held on community pages;
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs;
  • Track social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from online communities using key performance metrics;
  • Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to boost the company's product and brand image;
  • Build relationships with influencers, KOLs, Progamer, Gamer, etc.;
  • Monitor, care and develop customer community on social media channels;
  • Ensure content across platforms meets brand guidelines, media style and highlights;
  • Identify campaigns and strategies that are suitable for the company's products and the community;
  • Monitor time, daily work efficiency of CM team;
  • Collect and synthesize ideas/events about social media about the NFT game industry;

Job Requirement

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager;
  • Have good community skills and team management skills;
  • Understanding of different social platforms and social tools;
  • Able to anticipate good trends, be creative and regularly update new trends on social networking platforms;
  • Good communication in English, reading and understanding documents;
  • Have a strong passion for Mobile Games & NFT.
