Job description

  • Coordinate with partners to deploy CRM software for companies in the system;
  • Managing the CRM software system to ensure the full use and updating of customer data of the company;
  • Manage and analyze customer data for marketing, sales and customer care campaigns;
  • Coordinate companies to implement customer care programs in order to maintain relationships, strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Responsible for reporting on the use and efficiency of CRM software in the system to the direct manager;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of information and customer database in accordance with the company's regulations;
  • Support specialized departments in the process of using and updating on CRM software;
  • Use customer data for the right purposes according to the company's programs and campaigns; 
  • Perform the function of controlling, checking and evaluating the use and updating of CRM software by the companies in the system;
  • Work directly with relevant departments at companies to effectively use CRM software;
  • Propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of CRM software;
  • Exploit customer data for the company's business activities.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor of degree;
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in CRM system, data analyst;
  • Prefer to candidates with experience in insurance, hotel management or aviation industries;
  • Basic English;
  • Good problem-solving skills, proactive in work, thinking logically, independent, and honest.
