Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Electric products/equipment at customer sites;
Analyze on-site technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams to provide feedback for continuous improvement and preventive actions;
Handle technical problems related to after-sales service and ensure timely resolution;
Prepare detailed analysis reports and propose effective corrective solutions;
Develop and implement customer service plans for assigned projects;
Monitor equipment performance and ensure stable and efficient operation in line with customer requirements;
Provide technical support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service quality;
Korean nationality (mandatory);
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Automation, or related fields;
Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or servicing electrical/automation equipment is preferred;
Proficiency in English (working-level communication required);
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Willingness to travel and work at customer sites;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
