Electrical custom service staff (Korean staff)

Job description

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Electric products/equipment at customer sites;

  • Analyze on-site technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams to provide feedback for continuous improvement and preventive actions;

  • Handle technical problems related to after-sales service and ensure timely resolution;

  • Prepare detailed analysis reports and propose effective corrective solutions;

  • Develop and implement customer service plans for assigned projects;

  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure stable and efficient operation in line with customer requirements;

  • Provide technical support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service quality;

Job Requirement

  • Korean nationality (mandatory);

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Automation, or related fields;

  • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or servicing electrical/automation equipment is preferred;

  • Proficiency in English (working-level communication required);

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

  • Willingness to travel and work at customer sites;

  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
