Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the Design team to ensure that design team operations are completed on time, correctly, and as per the set goals.
Lead and provide technical guidance/ solutions for projects to ensure the company brand.
Lead and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
In charge of researching and developing new products, and reducing costs with the related team.
Design electrical cabinets such as: LV, MV
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in electricity, electrical systems, automation, or mechanical.
At least 10 years of experience in designing electrical panel cabinets & Experience in a management position.
Good at Korean or English communication.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, creative & innovative.
Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
