ESS Account Manager


Job description

Business Development

  • Finding potential customers, making phone call, networking, marketing activity…;
  • Marketing activity such as email marketing, organizing seminar and advertisement;
  • Discussion and consultation about recruitment issue with clients;
  • Providing right solution by using our company’s resources, such as offline service;
  • Building long term relationship with clients.

Delivery candidates

  • Sourcing candidates based on client’s requirement;
  • Conducting initial interview and making assessment;
  • Following up interview process with both clients and candidates;
  • Supporting candidates to be on board (advice some preparation for working in Vietnam.);
  • Following up candidates and clients after candidate join company.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economic, business administration, or  relevant  major;
  • 1 -2 years experienced in marketing, sales, business development, customer service;
  • Prefer having experience in Sales or Service field.
