Factory Manager (Tynel Brick)


Job description

  • Take responsibility before the BOD of the Company for the most effective management, human resources, motor vehicles, and equipment.
  • Responsible for receiving production plans, organizing and operating the implementation of production plans to ensure technical, product quality and productivity before the BOD of the Company.
  • Implement and handle technical quality-related issues in production, research and product development. Efficient production organization, reasonable premises.
  • Establish production norms (materials, labor, etc.) for each type of product.
  • Organize the implementation of the functions and duties of the factory in accordance with the provisions of the Board of Directors of the Company, promptly and in accordance with the process and regulations.
  • Summarize and evaluate the performance results according to the specialized areas of the factory.
  • Work closely with the Company's departments during the operation.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in building materials, engineering, mechanical engineering...
  • At least 03 years of experience or more in the position of Deputy Director, preferably with experience in operating Tynel brick factory;
  • Planning, execution and control skills;
  • Skills to guide, train, mentor employees, motivate and develop the team;
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and creatively;
  • Ability to organize implementation, assign tasks and monitor performance according to; goals Systematic decision-making and problem-solving skills;
