Be responsible for operations related to accounting, examine accounting operations, to ensure the operations are carried out in a main way, accurate, timely and in accordance with the Vietnamese accounting system;
Receive and inspect all documents included applications for payment; make bank transfer and reconcile Bank statements;
Prepare tax reports: VAT, CIT, PIT and Tax finalization, process VAT refund;
Develop and implement various accounting procedures in accordance with the business operation of the Company;
Controlling the cash flow from the system with bank cash flow to ensure that the bookkeeping system is in line with the Vietnam law;
Prepare Annual Financial Reports and other reports to Head of Finance and government;
Work with relating government offices;
Coordinate with relevant departments in some tasks related to the accounting;
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
2 - 3 years of experience in general accounting in factory;
Strong experience in tax accounting;
Fluent in English (speaking and writing);
Knowledge of VAS, IAS, Tax regulation;
Excellent in using accounting software (ERP/SAP is preferred) , Microsoft Office;
Hard working, responsible, honest, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
