HR Manager (Construction Field)


Job description

  • Building, supplementing and perfecting the processes and regulations applied in the company.

  • Making annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment, training and human resource development plans for the company

  • Coordinate with heads of departments to rebuild functions, tasks/job descriptions of positions/departments.

  • Support for relevant departments in employee training, personnel recruitment interviews, personnel reception, periodical personnel evaluation, etc.

  • Acting as a bridge between the board of directors and employees in the company.

  • Develop regulations on salary and bonus, salary budget, welfare regime, implementation measures.

  • Advise, build and implement a system of performance evaluation and employee capacity assessment, Manage and monitor the implementation of KPI setting and performance evaluation for the company.

Job Requirement

  • University graduate or above in related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;

  • Have worked and built a company that automatically operates smoothly;

  • Master the Labor Code, PIT Law, Health Insurance Law, Social Insurance Law, have knowledge and skills in human resource management.
