Human Resource Manager


Job description

  • Develop and lead the HR strategies in coordination with Board of Director and Department Heads;
  • Develop and lead the recruitment plan;
  • Develop master training plan;
  • Lead team to build up performance management system;
  • Monitor and problem solving regarding C&B policies;
  • Work closely with the Trade Union in employees engagement activities;
  • Represent the company to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • 3 years working in the same position;
  • Knowledge about HR, HSE;
  • Ability to use English fluently (both oral and writing);
  • Working in the footwear industry is an advantage;
  • Competencies level: organization and planning; teamwork and commitment.
