Job description
Our client - global leader in apparel manufacturing with facilities spanning across many countries and provides a wide range of apparel products including lifestyles wear, denim, intimate, sweater, sportswear and outdoor apparel, is looking for a HRD for their business in Vietnam.
- Build and implement HR strategies;
- Give professional advice on HR related issues;
- Create and foster learning culture at workplace;
- Develop policies and systems to meet with organization development;
- Lead and develop HR team;
- Recruit and develop executives and key management positions;
- Facilitate organization planning and conduct Next Genration Leaders (NGL) program;
- Revise and manage headcount expansion, C&B and recruitment costs;
- Implement performance management;
- Design and review the rewards system;
- Promote corporate image, ensure the best practice to strengthen company culture;
- Participate in change management process and lead the changes;
- Conduct impromptu projects and solve employee relation issues.
Job Requirement
- Have 7-12 years of HR experience and minimum 5 years in Senior Management position in MNC (experience in garment manufacturing is preferred);
- Comprehensive HR background with strong knowledge in local labor law and employee relations;
- Proficent in the use of HR-related tools and systems and have in-depth experience in dealing with local Labour Bureau, various recruitment channels, training vendors;
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Vietnamese;
- Good analytical, problem solving and organization skill;
- Flexible and provide innovative HR solutions.
