Manage the talent management and performance appraisal process efficiently to identify employees with high potential and support their professional growth.
Administer performance evaluation systems by providing constructive feedback to staff and setting clear expectations.
Develop and implement compensation and benefit plans that attract and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Spearhead the development and execution of employee engagement plans to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction levels.
Handle employee relations, addressing any grievances or conflicts professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to devise effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Regularly analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
Act as a strategic partner to the President.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least five years of human resource management experience is required.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Fluency in English.
