Human Resources Manager (Software Company)


Job description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's values, objectives, and mission.
  • Supervise the entire talent acquisition process, ensure the recruitment of skilled professionals who are in sync with our company's culture, and promote business expansion.
  • Manage the talent management and performance appraisal process efficiently to identify employees with high potential and support their professional growth.
  • Administer performance evaluation systems by providing constructive feedback to staff and setting clear expectations.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefit plans that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of employee engagement plans to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction levels.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing any grievances or conflicts professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to devise effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Regularly analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the President.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience is required.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly efficient and effective in your work practices.
