Job description

  • Office Operations for HCM Branch: Management, Recruitment, Training, Sales, Operations. Report to the Managing Director in the Head Office (Ha Noi).
  • Manage and oversee all office activities.
  • Create a clean, cultured, and enthusiastic working environment.
  • Ensure the office operates without a deficit in its first year.
  • Maintain a personal client base and individual sales to cover salary and position expenses.
  • Development of short and long-range goals for client development and market penetration
  • Develop and enhance customers and customer relations in HCM.

Job Requirement

  • Have at least 07 years in a freight forwarding company, preferably medium sized
  • Min 02 years in Manager role managing staff
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding Services - Import/Export/Customs/Trucking
  • Strong track record in business development, sales and growing a team
  • Ability to take over multiple responsibilities in operation, office administration, human resources, marketing etc.
  • Development and maintaining of client and vendor relationships
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market
  • Having good communication skills understanding people, what drives them and how to work together as a team.
