Manage operation activities following direct manager Instructions.
Ensure the traceability and tracing documents in the organic production project.
Daily report of inbound and outbound activities of the warehouse.
Open and close production BINs in Yen Bai on request of the direct manager.
Monitor production activities in Yen Bai Unit
Monitor and ensure efficiency of tolling activities and track the use of materials provided to toll processors
Arrange warehouse space to optimize the use of space and resources
Make transportation plans to dispatch materials from Yen Bai to main warehouse in Long Binh, align with warehousing team and QC team in main warehouse on all mater related to Yen Bai-Long Binh transportation
Make production efficiency reports to provide BOD a good vision of production activities in Yen Bai, training staff on making report.
Supporting Yen Bai Unit head in following up market information including price and buying activities of competitors.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field in Agri-business.
Minimum 08 years of relevant working experience and 03 year of Supervisor/Leadership experience.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership in production.
