Responsible for base pattern and grading patterns (both by manually & CAD) to ensure accurate sample submission and bulk production
Create and grade patterns to ensure correct samples are submitted to the customer
Responsibility for correct graded pattern to be handed over to the cutting room for bulk production
Identify and solve any pattern issues in the development stage to eliminate potential issues in bulk production
Implement customer grade rules and specs as necessary
At least 10 years’ experience to hold the similar position at Swimwear, Sportswear or Sleepwear enterprise with a big multinational company in manufacturing
English fluent in both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, PDM/PLM systems, ERP and other special applications for Pattern Developing
Strong knowledge of garment specifications, measurement charts, grading increments and sewing construction
A strong understanding of body shaping and the fundamentals of fit
