Plant Manager


Job description

  • Arrange the production according to production plan in order to ensure the delivery in time;
  • Take responsibility to co-operate with QA to solve any issue relating to quality and food safety of product;
  • Manage the Steam Sterilization Plant. Make sure that all activities of this Plant are in compliance to the ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP and AIB requirements and Company policy;
  • Establish the procedures, instruction guidelines according to requirements of HACCP, GMP…;
  • Manage the cleaning team and ensure that the cleaning is carried out as in Master Cleaning Schedule. Ensure that the records of cleaning are sufficient and well achieved;
  • Train and supervise the sub-contractors in order to make sure that they well understand and follow the requirements of Food Safety Management System;
  • Conduct employee performance goals and review. Communication, training and motivating employee to reach the company targets;
  • Ensure Health and Safety condition for the plant;
  • Continuous improvement: implement cost saving project, monitoring and improve OEE, increase capacity, reduce downtime, maintain quality rate.

Job Requirement

  • University degree: Technology in food/production...;
  • Have 10 years experience in powder blending mixed;
  • Good in english to communicate direct with BOD.
