Job description

  • Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation: Search for suppliers, request quotations, compare offers, negotiate, and propose suitable, high-quality suppliers with competitive prices for materials and services.
  • Order Placement & Tracking: Place purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure goods are received accurately and on time.
  • Monitoring & Inventory Check: Inspect the quality of incoming goods, sign delivery/receipt slips, and conduct periodic inventory counts as planned.
  • Reporting & Document Management: Record, summarize, and report on goods received and issued; file documents in accordance with company regulations.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up with market trends and propose efficient purchasing solutions to optimize costs.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, update stock status, and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely supply.

Job Requirement

  • Education: College degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, or Warehouse Management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse and materials management; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Strictly follow procedures and regulations related to warehouse operations.
  • Attributes: Good physical health, integrity, agility, and ability to work under pressure.
