Job description

  • Responsible to the General Director for directing and managing all production activities, including workforce and equipment.
  • Receive and implement production plans, ensuring efficiency, quality, and output targets are met.
  • Organize and control the use of raw materials and minimize waste during production, ensuring compliance with approved standards.
  • Ensure the implementation of company regulations, policies, and procedures related to labor, asset, and production management.
  • Guide and supervise workshop clerks/statisticians to ensure accuracy of production reports.
  • Supervise and control the use of raw materials, chemicals, tools, and company equipment.
  • Balance and allocate production volume and manpower at different times to optimize efficiency.
  • Detect and promptly handle issues related to personnel, products, and equipment during production.
  • Organize, supervise, and control machine operation, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Proactively research and propose solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in food manufacturing companies.
  • Solid knowledge of industrial production processes and technical expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
