Job description

  • Achieve annual order/sales target of the assigned region team.
  • Responsible for defining strategy, action plan to achieve the 5-year plan of Project Sales of the assigned region.
  • Work with the end-users, consultants, contractors, interior designer, project dealer to promote & prescribe offers.
  • Identify potential partners and contribute to develop selected targets into new partnership.
  • Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.
  • Working closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge.
  • Manage and keep updated all key account information/project information and opportunity in Project Pipeline tools...

Job Requirement

  • University degrees – Economics, Foreign Trade, Chemical
  • 5-year experience in working with relevant End-users, Consultants, Contractors in project sales
  • Knowledge in Chemical industry is a plus
  • Good understanding of market needs and market players
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas.
