Ensure the product’s quality according to customer's standards and requirements at any stage.
Participating in the product development process regarding technical & quality (contributing ideas on product structure, materials, production, customer’s demand...)
Conduct risk assessment of making new products in conjunction with the plant's product development team.
Actively participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality in order to improve the satisfaction of customers' requirements, as well as optimize the use of raw materials and energy efficiently.
Compiling and managing quality assurance manuals; Propose programs & policies on quality assurance.
Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Handling quality abnormal reports; plan for improvement.
Graduated from engineering majors, electrical engineering is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a related field
Good English skills: speaking and writing
Good MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Have knowledge and comprehension of the product development process & technology.
Good analytical skills and networking/ system thinking.
Abilities to work in a group and to work independently.
Understanding of quality standards and quality management, quality monitoring.
