Draft GMP templates related to quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, Halal, BRC, IFS, and BAP.
Participate in audits and inspections; prepare documents for certification assessments for HACCP, GMP, Halal, BRC, IFS, and BAP.
Manage supplier documentation and records.
Control, update, draft, and issue manuals, procedures, and raw material/finished product specifications in accordance with the quality management system.
Plan and implement periodic quality control of products, raw materials, water, and calibration/verification of equipment.
Compile GMP and SSOP documentation, equipment calibration records; verify and archive them properly.
Prepare, review, and archive reports related to product traceability, mock recall, and actual recall.
Develop internal audit plans for the quality management system in accordance with BRC standards and monitor corrective and preventive action reports.
Monitor, report, and manage pest and rodent control activities on a monthly/annual basis.
Establish QC headcount planning; train and recruit new QC staffs.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC in the food industry, with minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of international quality standards in food export industry.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Able to communicate and read technical documents in English.
