Quality Manager


Job description


  • Manage all department activities, including QA, QC, LAB, and customer service, and manage and handle daily issues.
  • Responsible for internal and external audits that follow standards like BRC, IFS, and customer standards, including preparation, execution, meetings, and CAPA follow-up.
  • Consult and be responsible for the quality of all finished product batches, including microbiology, antibiotics, and physical chemicals allergies.
  • Responsible for customer complaint response and reviews to ensure a satisfactory customer and product quality image.
  • Ensure that certifications are followed, updated, and maintained in the factory.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures and testing criteria are up to date and reflect current conditions. Identifying areas of improvement, and adjusting existing work procedures and practices.
  • Consult and maintain the quality management system, updating all of the related standards to ensure the quality improvement process is maintained.
  • Ensuring that the product label and declaration document adhere to applicable regulations.
  • Update relating to Vietnam, the market, and international regulation.
  • Ensure that the testing plan covers all relevant standards as well as the customer's requirements.
  • Training staff to catch up, follow up, and handle QA/QC/LAB/customer assignments.

Job Requirement

  • Have at least 08 years of experience in QA/ QC (Quality Management System).
  • Bachelor with relevant in Food Tech and have certificates relative To quality control.
  • Must be able to work in an FMCG environment, systematic, loyal and hard-working, dynamic, and energetic.
  • Good leadership ability and well-organized. Initiative, independent, tough, strong leadership.
  • Ability to communicate, write in English, and read professional documents.
