Assist to manage R&D Department activities, and guide R&D staffs to analyse customer specifications, customer samples, and customer requests.
Create product recipe and specification, send sample and specification to customer.
Record information, and arrange supplier's sample, customer's sample, and company's sample in an orderly manner.
Report the progress of R&D Team to make sure samples sent/submitted timely met customer's requirements.
Transfer recipe/specification/technical requirements to other relevant departments, sharing New development information to team (legal, technical know-how, special requirements...).
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related discipline required.
At least 05 years of experience in food manufacturing environment.
Must show ability to work in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment.
Good communication in English.
Work in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. Have a shuttle bus from HCMC.
