R&D Manager (Dong Nai)


Job description

  • Participate and represent R&D function for company's production to deliver commercially viable products;

  • Translate product concepts to technically feasible and consumer-relevant products using information from product testing during all phases of product development;

  • Develop robust formulations that meet the appropriate nutritional, regulatory and customer requirements;

  • Plan, execute and evaluate experiments from bench top through commercialization;

  • Work in both a pilot plant and manufacturing environments;

  • The ability to interpret and leverage experimental data to develop robust formulations;

  • Direct R&D Technical Associates to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner;

  • Apply knowledge of regulations, nutritional, food and understands implications to product design;

  • Support rapidly technical assessment of innovation proposals including efficient cross-functional and multi-regional partnering;

  • Leverage education, prior experience, and eventual market knowledge to recommend innovation opportunities for evaluation;

  • Coordinate with other departments;

  • Other works assigned by BODs.

Job Requirement

  • Male/ Female more than 30 years old;

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Master's degree in Chemistry or Equivalent with strong experience in Food FMCG;

  • More than 12 years overall experience  in role of Research & Development in a food processing industry;

  • Work at Noodle company and having mixing/ blending experience is preferred;

  • Knowledge of Food Microbiology & ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
