R&D Manager (Dong Nai)


Job description

  • Manage R&D Department activities (Blending, Mixing, Formulation, Seasonings and Coaching creation, Applications expert), guide R&D staff to evaluate, analyse current and alternative spice raw material, create product recipe and specification (current product or new products - trial run) and conduct sensory evaluation of new products to meet customer needs and requirements
  • Guide R&D staff to analyse customer specification, customer sample, customer request, create product recipe and specification, send sample and specification to customer, record information, arrange supplier’s sample, customer’s sample in orderly manner.
  • Report the progress of R&D Spices to make sure samples sent/submitted timely, met customer’s requirements, transfer recipe/specification/technical requirements to other relevant departments, sharing new development information to team (legal, technical know-how, special requirements…) 
  • Developing new products, conduct trial, managing new product, development projects and analysing the trial results.
  • Improve Existing Products and Processes: Refers to developing value-added products and processes by providing input into innovative uses for excess raw materials and by-products.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Master's degree in Chemistry or Equivalent with strong experience in Food FMCG;

  • More than 12 years overall experience  in role of Research & Development in a food processing industry;

  • Work at Noodle company and having mixing/ blending experience is preferred;

  • Knowledge of Food Microbiology & ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP;

  • Male/ Female more than 30 years old;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
