Recruitment Team Leader


Job description

  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Propose and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Do salary market research.
  • Manage and participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Human resources, BA, etc.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Internal/External recruitment, education field is prefer.
  • Experience in recruiting Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Dev, Content Marketing, Digital MKT, các bộ phận L&D/Sales/CSKH,etc.
  • Good attitude, willing to learn and develop yourself.
  • Good personal, communication skills.
  • Can do attitude, sales oriented.
  • Good communication in English.

Other Information

  • Working location: Cau Giay, Ha Noi.
  • Working time: Monday - Friday and the last Saturday of month.
