Job description

Operation & Maintenance

• Operate and monitor industrial refrigeration systems (compressors, chillers, condensers, evaporators, cooling towers, etc.).
• Ensure stable temperature control for cold storage, freezing systems, and production lines.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment.

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose and repair faults related to refrigeration systems and cold storage equipment.
• Handle emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Replace defective parts and components when necessary.

System Optimization

• Monitor system performance and energy consumption.
• Propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Support installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure refrigeration systems comply with food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.).
• Follow safety procedures related to refrigeration gases and industrial equipment.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and equipment logs.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in refrigeration systems, preferably in food manufacturing or cold storage facilities.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems (NH3, Freon systems) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, chillers, cold storage systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
