Researcher (Headhunting Service)


Job description

  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants on pre-search, search execution and business development;
  • Responsible to perform research and collect contact lists and details for the team;
  • Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
  • Personal interview with qualified candidates;
  •  Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation.

Job Requirement

  • 4th-year students or fresh-graduates, major: Economics, Trade, Services, etc.
  • Business Administration, HR Management;
  • Have passion for HR;
  • Available to work from Monday to Friday;
  • Confident in communication (Vietnamese & English); Good command of English and computer skills;
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and sociable.
