Job description

  • Monitor the technical and commercial forces;
  • Consult and provide solutions, tools for commercial staff to achieve effective sales;
  • Evaluate staff’s performance periodically and provide internal training for staffs;
  • Analyze market continuously and research capacity as well as activities of customers;
  • Offer flexible policies to adapt to the market and ensure the competiveness with rival companies;
  • Make annual sales plan and the oriented forecast for next 3 years;
  • Listen to customer requirements and negotiate terms of contracts;
  • Provide market information, market assessments, technical support and after-sales services;
  • Track customers’ liabilities and payment reminders;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, find new customers to expand business;
  • Visit customers, promote quality of products, trade policies of company to establish long-term business relations;
  • Represent the company to attend exhibitions, events, seminars ... to build professional company image.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in livestock industry, veterinary, business administration;
  • Minimum 05 years’ experience in the same position, at least 5 years in animal feed sector;
  • Have strong business sense with problem solving and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
  • Good command in 4 skills of English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
