Job description

  • Set up strategic sale plan in line with business strategy;
  • Approach high-end market project investors and key contractors for selling premium solutions;
  • Achieve the yearly sale target;
  • Develop value-added initiatives for building long term partnership with key customers;
  • Comply to legal and company HSE policy;
  • Grow the customer base and project pipeline on quarterly/yearly basis;
  • Coordinate closely with other functional teams for supporting customer best in pre-sale and after-sale services;
  • Develop and implement sale initiatives;
  • Zero debt control;
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Provide market intelligent and effective reports to support company strategy;
  • Involve and support business marketing activities.

Job Requirement

  • BA Degree of Civil Engineering or Commerce or higher;
  • Minimum 5-year sale experience in construction industry;
  • Have strong-network and relation with key architects, contractors, investors in the market;
  • Experience in selling premium solution;
  • Understand products and applications, sales process & procedures;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Consultant skills;
  • Value sale.
