Tax and Treasury Section Manager


Job description

  • Keep business activities compliant Tax Law in Vietnam;
  • Follow Tax Policy and Tax Procedure of company and Group;
  • Minimize Tax Risk;
  • Maximize Tax Advantage of Tax Incentives;
  • Develop the policies to deal with various tax-relating areas;
  • Investigate new tax laws;
  • Handle all tax issues such as CIT, PIT, VAT, FCT, TP, …;
  • Manage Cash Flow;
  • Improve interest of “Time Deposits” with efficient term;
  • Establish and maintain the systems and procedures to produce reliable, timely, relevant operational and tax & treasury information; ensure smooth operations;
  • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting;
  • Ensure full compliance with Group guideline, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard, VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standard)
  • Make and analysis business reports;
  • Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Male/Female in age from 32 to 40
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration;
  • At least 2 years of experience in required field at the same position;
  • Good MS Dynamic Navision and ERP systems is an advantage;
  • Able to work independently and exercise good judgment, being initiative;
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Access);
  • Good command for both written and spoken in English;
  • Good communication skills.

  • Place: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai (shuttle bus from HCM to working place)
