Technical Lead ( Seasoning Products)


Job description

  • Translates product concepts to technically feasible and consumer-relevant products using information from product testing during all phases of product development.
  • Represents Research & Development function for Seasonings & Blends to deliver commercially viable products.
  • Developing robust formulations that meet the appropriate nutritional, regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Planning, executing, and evaluating experiments from benchtop through commercialization at plantations.
  • The ability to interpret and leverage experimental data to develop robust processes.
  • Apply knowledge of regulations, nutrition, and food and understands implications of product design.
  • Support rapid technical assessment of innovation proposals including efficient cross-functional and multi-regional partnering.
  • Leverage education, prior experience, and eventual market knowledge to recommend innovation opportunities for evaluation.

Job Requirement

  • B Tech in Food Technology / MSc in Chemistry or Equivalent with strong experience in Food FMCG.
  • Min 10 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Research & Development in the food processing industry.
  • Seasoning formula development experience proven in R&D department.
  • Good project/time management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.
  • Good practical, analytical, and laboratory skill.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively across functions and within department by both Vietnamese and English.
  • Teamwork mindset.
