Job description
Warehouse Management & Inventory Control
- Receive and inspect incoming materials in terms of quality and quantity.
- Monitor and update daily inventory; arrange materials in a systematic manner, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Conduct periodic stocktaking (every 6 months/year-end) and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and sign warehouse in/out slips; report data to the Department Manager.
- Support verification and reconciliation with the Purchasing & Supply Department.
Collaboration with Purchasing
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely material supply.
- Monitor delivery progress and immediately report any discrepancies in quality or quantity.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the Production Department to track material usage progress.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and forklift operations when necessary to avoid production disruptions.
Job Requirement
- College degree or higher in Accounting, Warehouse Management, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse management operations; proficient in MS Office.
- Skills: Strict supervision of warehouse import/export regulations, processes, and procedures.
- Attributes: Good health, honesty, agility, and ability to work under high pressure.
