Discuss and work with Line Departments to acquire relevant knowledge related to the business;
Recognize advanced functional requirements from relevant departments;
Record in detail business requirements documents (use cases or functional specification/ user story) includes assumptions and warnings;
Participate in peer-to-peer assessment and product inspection built from the requirement specification to ensure the requirements are provided and understandable;
Support UAT to verify errors/issues with users/customers.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS);
At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis or equivalent position and 3 years of experience in software development field;
Ability to communicate with stakeholders and work closely with them to come up with the optimal solution;
Have good documenting and interpretive skills;
Have experience in Real Estate and/or CRM is a plus.
