Business Analyst


Job description

  • Discuss and work with Line Departments to acquire relevant knowledge related to the business;
  • Recognize advanced functional requirements from relevant departments;
  • Record in detail business requirements documents (use cases or functional specification/ user story) includes assumptions and warnings;
  • Participate in peer-to-peer assessment and product inspection built from the requirement specification to ensure the requirements are provided and understandable;
  • Support UAT to verify errors/issues with users/customers.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS);
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis or equivalent position and 3 years of experience in software development field;
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and work closely with them to come up with the optimal solution;
  • Have good documenting and interpretive skills;
  • Have experience in Real Estate and/or CRM is a plus.
