Job description

  • Develop and manage new and existing business networks in Asia;
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve target;
  • Offer technical support and training to the teams;
  • Promote existing product and prospect for new products;
  • Identify priority and potential country markets and analyze the situation in each country;
  • Ensure the availability of products within markets (coordinate regulatory watch, registration, sales forecasts, local import regulations, etc.);
  • Define price policies in each country;
  • Ensure to apply commercial strategy and business plans to each market (sales objectives for each product/zone);
  • Lead the product range implementation in the subsidiaries;
  • Develop and manage International key accounts;
  • Build relationship with customers and develop the list of products, services and sales to them.

Job Requirement

  • At least 7-10 year’s working experience in feed industry;
  • Have hands on experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge and proven track record in animal nutrition and commercial;
  • Be able to frequently travel within the Asia zone or further if needed;
  • Be able to work remotely, autonomously and within teams;
  • Excellent communications skills in English and other local Asian languages will be an added advantage.
