Digital Marketing Manager


Job description

  • Build digital strategy including new initiatives with DX and contribute to planning & executing Department strategies;
  • Allocate resources, set target and ensure target achievement of ATL section;
  • Be responsible for budget planning & forecast, budget usage monitoring and other budget strategies of ATL section;
  • Collaborate with agency to create digital communication plan, ensure execution on schedule and implement measures across company's brands;
  • Check all quotation for ATL in terms of cost efficiency and effectiveness maximization;
  •  Make sure that the promised content in quotation is executed and proceed payment process with company accounting section;
  • Review results with high level of accuracy and reliability by using DX after performing assigned tasks relating to communication activity;
  • Handle the resolution and propose improvement plan in case of unexpected issues that impact the Company especially troubles related to digital advertisement;
  • Predict and identify risk in operation of ATL section to control any probability or impact on the Department and Company;
  • Conduct training, coaching for ATL members in daily operation, especially advanced marketing with DX, risk management (information security, law, etc.);
  • Participate in expanding business and function of Division from Company-wide perspective.

Job Requirement

  • Over 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and 3+ years of experience in planning & management positions;
  • Profound statistical analysis, problem solving, leadership & resources/ project/ business management skills;
  • Basic understanding of network structure and systems on digital (including web and apps);
  • Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5/TOEIC 800+).
