- Supervise and be accountable for the performance and results of the team following department manager’s direction, including but not limited to:
Create communication plans utilizing digital tools such as Facebook, YouTube, etc.;
Collaborate with agencies to ensure plan execution on schedule and propose improvement plan quickly if there is an unexpected problem during implementation;
Utilize agency cost, ensure the promised content in quotation is executed and proceed payment process with accounting section;
Supervise the performance of assigned tasks relating to communication activity to ensure the results with high level of accuracy and reliability;
- Coach, train and support subordinates of the department in daily operation.
Graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics or other related majors;
Has over 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing for F&B field;
Has good skills in plan building & execution, problem finding & solving, leadership, resources management, working under high pressure and motivation for self-development;
Has good sense in F&B category and be familiar with creating content related to cuisine and food products' application;
Has strong digital marketing knowledge, especially Facebook fan page operation experience, content creation for Facebook and YouTube, etc.;
Be proficient in English (TOIEC 750, IELTS 6.0 or more).
