Head of Production


Job description

  • Work with Food Retailers oversea to manage new product development, submit new ideas and improvements, manage general quality control of all products, and instruct & advise QA & QC to follow customer standards.
  • Project management: Arrange production trials, study the challenges of production and give solutions, and ingredient sourcing.
  • Manage specifications, artworks, legal information, shelf life study, routine analysis, and complaints monitoring.
  • Conducting periodical internal audits to ensure that the product meets the requirements laid down by the specification and customer.
  • Frequent checking of products from production to ensure products are good before launching. Sensory testing is carried out daily.
  • Updating and implementing new procedures and regulations throughout the organization.
  • Corporate with the technical manager to conduct food safety audits.
  • Attend customer conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings globally.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • At least 08 years working in FMCG Manufacturing company with 03 years experience in a production management role.
  • Good communication in English (speaking & writing skills).
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills.
