HR Manager (Tay Ninh Province)
Collaborate with plant management to align HR strategies with plant objectives.
Develop and execute HR plans to meet workforce needs and support business growth
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Ensure the plant has a skilled and motivated workforce.
Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Administer employee discipline and termination processes as needed.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain records and documentation related to employment.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
Work with managers to improve employee performance and productivity.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefit enrollments.
Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
Collaborate with safety officers to maintain a safe working environment.
Promote health and safety awareness among employees.
Bachelor's dgree in Human Resource Management, BA, Economy, English
At least 03years experience in manufacturing company with company size of 300 headcount.
Fluent comunication in English
Team-leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability
A flair for appreciation of business workflow processes, systems and internal control
Openness, attention to detail and client focus, transparency and ethics
