Develop and implement IE strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
Optimize labor-intensive assembly processes by balancing manpower, reducing waste, and improving workflow.
Conduct time studies, line balancing, work measurement, and capacity planning to maximize labor utilization.
Design and improve production layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other IE methodologies.
Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standard work, and process documentation.
Manage Engineering Change (ECN/ECO) implementation and ensure timely execution across production lines.
Develop and maintain PFMEA, process flow, and work instructions to support stable manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and NPI teams to support new product introduction and process optimization.
Establish labor standards, productivity KPIs, and manufacturing cost improvement plans.
Lead, coach, and develop the IE team to achieve departmental objectives while ensuring compliance with EHS, ISO, and customer requirements.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Control Engineering
10+ years in Production/Process Engineering/Project management
Experience in Process design & Line balancing (LOB optimization), Mistake-Proofing (Fool-Proof) system setup, Mistake-Proofing (Fool-Proof) system setup, IATF 16949 audit compliance
