Maintenance Manager


Job description

  • Ensure the machines are checked and maintained periodically in order to keep them always operating in a good condition and not affecting to the safety of products;
  • Take responsibility to ensure that all activities of maintenance team are in compliance to ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP, and AIB requirements with respect to the Food Safety;
  • Take responsibility to ensure that there is no cross contamination from maintenance activities to products
  • Train and manage staffs to make sure that they know and understand the maintenance works and Food Safety requirements
  • Be responsible for recording Maintenance sufficiently and well archived
  • Control and manage a dedicated maintenance budget that optimizes overall site costs
  • Establish the procedure, instruction guidelines relating to ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP, AIB standards
  • Train and supervise the sub-contractors to make sure that they well understand and follow the requirement of Food Safety Management System of company
  • Coordinate with other department
  • Other works assigned by Deputy General Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering;
  • More than 35 years old;
  • At least 13 years experience in the same position at multinational companies;
  • English language is good in all skills;
  • Good communication is required in a relationship;
