Job description

  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
  • Manage maintenance of SMT, CNC, injection molding, stamping, and assembly equipment.
  • Establish maintenance SOPs, schedules, and reliability programs to improve machine uptime.
  • Lead equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation projects.
  • Oversee factory utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and fire protection.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring failures.
  • Drive OEE improvement, maintenance cost optimization, and continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and documentation for audit compliance.
  • Lead and develop maintenance teams, setting KPIs and ensuring compliance with EHS, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in maintenance within the electronics or automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Deep technical understanding of automated production lines and CNC machinery.
  • Good English communication skills.
