Develop and implement effective production plans to fulfill customer requirements while maximizing machine capacity and workforce efficiency.
Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure timely raw material availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate customer delivery schedules to achieve high service performance.
Supervise raw material warehouse operations and optimize internal material flow for maximum operational efficiency.
Manage outbound logistics to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and within the required timelines.
Oversee import and export activities, including customs clearance planning and shipping documentation administration.
Ensure full compliance with applicable tax regulations, customs requirements, and international trade policies.
Collaborate closely with freight forwarders and customs authorities to resolve customs-related issues and facilitate smooth import-export operations.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) within a manufacturing environment with 3 years of hands-on experience in Import/Export and customs operations.
